- Buttercream Sensitivity: Buttercream is highly sensitive to heat, especially under direct sunlight. Cakes and cupcakes must be stored in a cool environment immediately after pick-up or delivery.
- Liability: Caicakes is not liable for any damage that may occur during delivery due to factors such as poor driving behavior, car accidents, high vehicle temperatures, or customer negligence.
- Design Policy: Caicakes does not replicate cake designs. While we strive to fulfill the requested theme, exact colors, floral arrangements, and element placements may vary from the reference photo.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued within 2 days of the scheduled delivery date. Once a cake has been delivered, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless there is an error on our part, such as an incorrect cake flavor or size.
