Her classes quickly became popular, and it wasn’t long before she was invited to teach at one of Metro Manila's largest baking supply stores, expanding her reach and influence in the baking community.
Cai’s dedication to her craft and her desire to push the boundaries of her skills led her to learning from the best in the field. She trained with some of the most esteemed flower cake artists from South Korea, including Nana Cake and G.G. Cakraft.
Her hard work and exceptional talent culminated in a significant achievement: Cai became the first Filipino to earn a Master Instructor license from the Republic of Korea Flowercake Association.
With this prestigious certification, Chef Cai had a renewed sense of purpose and a wealth of knowledge. Her expertise in buttercream flower piping has continued to inspire and elevate the standards of cake decorating in the country.
